Accounts

How do I reset my university account password?

To reset your university account password, send an email from your university email address to ealshobaki@aut.edu.jo requesting a password reset. The Computer Center team will process your request during official working hours.

Network

How do I connect to the campus Wi-Fi?

Select the AUT Students network from your device's Wi-Fi settings. No password is required; the network is open and available for all university members on campus.

How can I access university resources from off campus?

You can securely access restricted university internal systems and administrative networks remotely using the secure remote access service provided by the Computer Center. Contact the IT Help Desk for setup assistance.

Email

Where do I find my university email?

To obtain or access your university email account, you must visit the Computer Center in person with your university ID. Our team will set it up for you directly.

General

What are the IT Help Desk working hours?

The IT Help Desk is available Sunday through Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Friday and Saturday.

Software

Can I get free software as a student?

Eligible students can access the university's licensed productivity suite and selected academic software. Sign in with your university email to download available titles.
