The IT Help Desk provides first-line support for students, faculty, and staff. Our team helps diagnose and resolve problems with accounts, email, network access, and university systems. If we cannot resolve your issue immediately, we escalate it to the right specialist team and track it through to resolution.

All students, faculty, and staff.

Your university ID or account username.

Submit a support request through this portal, email the Computer Center, or visit the Help Desk during working hours.
